To fill you all in on things on my trip, I had an awesome time despite my few moments. I'll take it day by day in steps and retrace what happened while i was away. In a few posts perhaps.
When I arrived in KL on 15/8/06 at approx some time late at nite..... Zona picked me up after patiently waiting around for me at the KLIA. After getting harassed as to what was in my luggage I managed to make it out and in to the terminal to locate her in the crowd. Looking as lovely as in her photos, after the 8 hour flight it was warming to see her smiling face in the crowd.
The following day, Zona was taking me to a set where they were filming a new movie with Afdlin Shauki called Sumolah. To keep security away from me I had to wear this luggage label that indicated I'm part of a bumcrack scratching crew.
I had the chance to chat to some of the cast like Patrick Teoh and 2nd Director and co-writer Michi, and his wife Tomoko. Zona told me later that she heard me talking to Michi and Tomoko, who had been asking her about my arrival. She said it sounded like I was being interviewed. Guess we were just talking too much shop lah...
